SmartTags - Application Suite

SmartTags is a suite of integrated applications that helps organizations drive digital transformation initiatives, focusing on managing operations that involve a large volume of human footprints to a location. The core theme of the SmartTags platform is to enhance customer and employee experience by reducing human intervention as much as possible. The application suite contains three unique products ParkTags, VisitorTags and EventTags which are offered either as a single hosted solution or independent applications and can be scaled up based on a solution roadmap defined by the corporate. ParkTags is a smart parking management system that uses advanced, ANPR video analytics technology to identify and authenticate the vehicle entering the parking site. The platform allows drivers to ascertain the availability of parking slots before making their way to the parking site, helping to minimize searching time, fuel consumption and CO2 emission. VisitorTags is a fully automated, visitor management system that improves the efficiency of reception and smoothens visitor check-ins to facilities through preregistration and self-check-ins via kiosk. It records visitor arrival and departure times, controls premises access and data insights on visitor behavior. EventTags is a unique mobile application that enables online and physical event management, providing online registration of participants, seat reservations, tracking of attendees, sending instant notifications, and receiving instant feedbacks, leading to an enhanced event participant experience. The SmartTags platform complies with data privacy provisions meeting industry security standards and will bridge data for decision convoluting data with events, paving the way for faster digital adoption.
